Welcome to the Hallcross web site home of all things, Bike, Rock, Punk, and Goth. Our town center pub, (just off center like most our customers ) has up to 3 live bands a week, rock disco fortnightly, a Punk Rock disco last Sunday of every month and a great jukebox the rest of the time. Staffed by young people for young people, all teenagers welcome from 18 to 118 years old ( Strictly over 18 only, ID will be asked for ) We have a selection of beers, lagers, ciders, bottle beers, spirits, wines, and soft drinks, there is a pool table on the main dais, and discrete seating and lighting in the rest of the pub. there is a huge seated beer garden at the back of the pub, and the front windows are open to the elements all summer. The Hallcross is almost wheelchair friendly, a 4" step to get in, although there is a ramp kept behind the bar if needed.
REMEMBER: Strictly over 18 year olds only!!! ID will be asked for.
Getting There
There is room out side for a few bikes and a small layby close to the front door, but usualy full, plenty of other parking spots near by, (never drink and ride/drive) Great train and bus links to Doncaster, or simply walk into town.

Possibly you were around before that and used to be on that late train (smash it up) back from Retford porterhouse.
Or are you a real oldie like a few of us, and your introduction to punk gigs was back at the legendary Doncaster Outlook (now being turned into the interchange) back in 1977 and sheffields' 'CRAZY Daisy' and Toprank watching the likes of the Sex Pistols, the Adverts, the Vibrators, the Clash the stuff that turned a generation into a 'pogo-ing gobbing mess making headlines in the news and press??
If you were ever [or still are] part of the Doncaster punk scene, then get off your arse and get to the hallcross on the last sunday of the month, meet up with yer old punk mates, possibly meet new ones, drink lots, put punk on the jukebox and generally have a good time.
One of my crazy get rich quick sceems was to buy all the donny postcards from ebay, scan them into my computer at max resolution, clean them up in PhotoShop, print them, frame them, sell them. i didn't get past the clean up part :) If you see anything you like let me know.
